Rooms cannot be reserved on an optional basis. Please book through our online booking platform. Your reservation will only be confirmed once your bank details have been entered. You will then receive immediate confirmation by email.

Payment is due upon arrival at the ecolodge. Extras and supplements are paid at the end of your stay. We accept Visa and Mastercard, bank transfers, and cash in euros or dirhams.

Cancellation fees are available in our terms and conditions.

Room rates are inclusive of all taxes. However, they do not include the tourist tax (TS): 5 dh/night/person or the tourist promotion tax (TPT) of 1 dh/night/person.

The ecolodge has 12 rooms: 8 double or twin rooms, 3 family suites and one triple room. Their sizes vary from 30m2 to 55m2.

We will do our best to reduce your waiting time if you arrive before 3 PM. On the day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11 AM at the latest.

The request must be made to the receptionist on the day of departure.

Family suites and superior rooms in the towers have reversible air conditioning. Standard and traditional rooms have supplemental heating or a fan.

Cancellation fees for individual bookings are as follows: Cancellation more than 15 days before the start of the stay: no charge. Cancellation between 15 and 8 days inclusive before the start of the stay: cancellation fee is 50% of the stay price. Cancellation between 7 and 3 days inclusive before the start of the stay: cancellation fee is 80% of the stay price. Cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the stay: cancellation fee is 100% of the stay price. These conditions do not apply to group bookings.

The bathrooms are finished in Tadelakt plaster. They include a sink, a shower, and a toilet. A hairdryer is available at reception. We provide soap and shampoo.

All rooms and suites have a beautiful view of the argan grove. In the towers, there is a view from two facades.

We offer preferential rates for airport transfers through our tourist transport partner. To arrange your arrival, please send us your flight number, airline, origin, and arrival time. For transfers from Marrakech or Essaouira, rates are available upon request.

The ecolodge has a free, enclosed parking lot.

Meals are available with prior reservation, as we cook exclusively with fresh ingredients. Regarding dinner on the day of arrival, we must be notified by email no later than the day before.

The restaurant is open for breakfast from 8:00 to 10:30, lunch from noon to 2:00 PM, and dinner from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Lunch and dinner are available with advance booking made the morning of your arrival, as we prepare dishes exclusively with fresh ingredients. For dinner on the day of your arrival, please notify us by email no later than the day before.

The menus consist of fixed Moroccan dishes. A vegetarian option is available.

We do not offer room service.

We offer a vegetarian menu every day and vegan dishes can be reserved.

A menu is available for non-residents. Dishes chosen must be confirmed the day before the meal by email or telephone.

The outer gate is closed at night from 11:00 PM. We ask that you return to the ecolodge before this time.

Activities must be booked at reception the day before your desired date. Contact us to receive a list of available activities and their prices.

The swimming pool is a saltwater pool, but unheated, and entry is free for residents. It is open year-round from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Your laundry can be taken to the dry cleaners.

Bath towels are available in the bathrooms and pool towels are available at reception. These should not be used at the beach.

A free luggage storage service is available at reception.

Pets are not allowed at the ecolodge.
